My SAVVY weekend was dynamic. I attended the launch of SAVVY August 2014. During the weekend I experienced a move in my life that ultimately changed my life. I was able to realize that I had to be worthy of myself.
Before SAVVY I had procrastinated about the ministry God revealed to me: Vision Stomp "Raising a Nation in a City." I could see it. I would dream about it. I would talk about it, but I was not doing anything to move it forward. I was wishing more than doing for fear of failure, and concerning myself with what others would say about my establishing, building, and leading this ministry. Although I was actively 'doing something' I wasn't being obedient to the call to move forward in boldness. Things became extremely frustrating for me.
I was encouraged to register for SAVVY: A Transformational Weekend Experience and I have not looked back. The SAVVY weekend motivates you. This weekend encourages you. This weekend transforms you. This weekend propels your forward. After the SAVVY weekend I applied all that I learned. I immediately registered my organizations name, and obtained an EIN. I put everything in order so I can be all that I need to be. Vision Stomp "Raising a Nation in a City" is an outreach ministry designed to help individuals in need. 'Vision Stomp' serves others through 'Drive Thru Prayer' where we pray for people as they are driving or walking by, we serve others with clothing give-a ways, and Thanksgiving community dinner in the near east-side Columbus. Because of attending SAVVY I now do whatever God will have me to do unashamed, unafraid, and unapologetic. Thank you Gail and all the expert facilitators that presented their content to all of the participants for a great and life changing experience.
