SAVVY: A Life-Changing Experience

The Savvy two-day workshop was a life changing experience. I have been on the verge of starting my own consulting business for the last 3 years.  Until the time for the conference, I was never able to find time to get started, and continued to procrastinate. However, after receiving from the knowledge and empowering words of some fabulous women, I left Savvy and immediately took action on the steps needed to start my business. Thank you Savvy!!!

“Resilience Transformation” has been birthed! It is a consulting firm. As a consultant, I am a content matter expert in the following areas; College access,  college experiences of historically underrepresented students,  diversity, social justice-equity-inclusion and access training, leadership development, organizational management, program assessment and program evaluation, and event planning.

I holds a BA in Elementary Education,  MS in Higher Education Leadership, and is currently pursuing doctorial study in Higher Education Leadership at the University of Toledo. As a consultant I hold over 12 years of professional experience within the field of higher education. I have worked at various institutions across the country including; Indiana State University, Oregon State University, The University of  Iowa, and The Ohio State University.

I value creating spaces where all people can learn, grow, and be in authentic relationship. My personal passion has taken me on a journey of self-growth, and personal transformation. Through my new consulting firm "Resilience Transformation" I will strive to motivate people to “be their best selves."  Through public speaking, training, and 1-1 coaching after SAVVY I now stand ready to serve your institution.
